The facility is taking over the top two floors of the city’s ABC building, which will be the new home of BBC One Daytime’s Morning Live following its move from London.
The new facilities include production galleries, dressing rooms, production office and green rooms.
In addition, Versa Studios have also announced plans to take over the Manchester Studios complex with the the studio ready for operation almost immediately.
