U-Beat offers VoD and live content that can be viewed on a range of mobile devices.
The Spanish-language platform offers more than 3,000 hours of competitions, information, latest news and entertainment, as well as exclusive in-house produced content.
Mediapro has previously forecast U-BEAT could reach an audience of over five million viewers in its first five years.
The broadcaster already owns Fandroid, the founder of the Spanish professional esports league LVP, which has 20 million unique users across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru and the UK.
