ProSiebenSat.1 and Discovery have selected 3 Screen Solutions to provide development, engineering and integration for new streaming service Joyn.
3SS has custom-developed Joyn’s web front end based on its 3READY Front End UI framework. The company has also supported the Joyn engineering team in the development phase of the Apps for iOS, Android mobile, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV and other smart TV devices.
Joyn launched in June with Discovery and ProSiebenSat.1 stating they hope it will become the largest free-TV service in Germany.
