Online vidoe editor Yuzzit has announced the launch of Smart Clip, a new tool built directly into the company’s Yuzzit Studio.
Analysing long-form video, the AI-driven feature identifies relevant content and generates a scored, titled selection of clips ready to be published, each with a description, tags and a suggested title.
Clips can be selected and edited before being placed into the standard Studio workflow, with automated subtitling, smart cropping, branding, and simultaneous multi-platform publishing, said the company. The entire cycle is managed within a single environment, minimising workflow interruption.
Smart Clip analyses 90 minutes of content in two minutes, supporting both manually imported videos and content from live streams already processed by Yuzzit.
Created for newsrooms and editorial teams, social media departments and more, Smart Clip aims to maximise long-form video assets. Frédéric Bruel, CEO and founder of Yuzzit, said, “Customers who have tested Smart Clip publish on average three times more clips than before, with the same team.”
