Now in its third year, the Rising Stars programme is a free initiative aimed at young people just entering the electronic media and entertainment industry. It takes place over Sunday 15 and Monday 16 September and offers a full (but always optional) mix of specially designed sessions and activities giving attendees the chance to get to grips with the industry in a professional and supportive atmosphere. It gives them the opportunity to hear inspirational stories from young professionals who have made it within the industry, and it gives them the invaluable insider information they need to succeed themselves.
