Host Broadcast Services (HBS), which delivers TV coverage of major sports events to broadcasters around the world, has announced its new CEO.
The company revealed in April that CEO Dan Miodownik and COO Luc-Antoine Charial will step down from their respective positions on 30th September 2026.
Now HBS’ owner Infront has announced the appointment of Ronald den Hollander as the company’s CEO, effective 1st October.
He will step up from his current position as HBS director of broadcast sites, operations and services, assuming overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational delivery, innovation and continued growth of HBS and its affiliated production businesses, said Infront.
During his 20 years with HBS the new CEO has worked on five editions of the FIFA World Cup, several editions of UEFA EURO and various Asian Games. Since joining HBS in 2005, den Hollander has held senior roles spanning construction, venue management and broadcast infrastructure, including the design, delivery and operation of complex international broadcast centres and facilities.
