Gravity Media Group acquires Proshow Broadcast

Deal sees Gravity move into US market

Gravity Media Group has announced the acquisition of mobile production solutions company Proshow Broadcast, giving it a presence in the US market.

Proshow Broadcast will continue to operate under its existing name and branding until it is integrated with Gravity Media’s Gearhouse Broadcast USA operations. Tim Lewis, who founded Proshow in 2012, joins the Gearhouse Broadcast USA team in a senior role within product research and design.

Proshow operates seven HD production trucks that provide outside broadcast or REMI (REMote Integration) centralised productions.

Recent projects for Proshow Broadcast include providing mobile facilities at the Oscars, SAG Awards, Latin Grammys, Canada Sevens Rugby, MLB Baseball, and over 350 events annually.
