Turkish satellite provider and OTT platform Digiturk, will use Avid’s content creation and broadcast solutions to power its creative workflow and media management. Digiturk aims to increase operational efficiency in the creation and delivery of content across its 100-plus regional news, sports and entertainment channels.

So there really was just one choice for us Avid.”
Digiturk will deploy Avid’s nonlinear editing solution Media Composer 7 and remote working solution Interplay Central. The addition of Interplay Central opens the broadcaster to remote team collaboration by enabling staff to perform production tasks in the field, which Digiturk hopes will boost overall productivity and operational efficiency.

Digiturk worked closely with Avid Professional Services to design and implement a bespoke HD workflow. This comprises an Avid Interplay Production asset management system, Avid Interplay Central, Avid ISIS shared storage system, and Media Composer 7 for professional video editing.
