MooM landing for Globecast

The company will unveil its Media Orchestration and Operations Management Platform at IBC

Globecast has announced the debut of its Media Orchestration and Operations Management Platform (MooM).

Building on the 2025 launch of Content Exchange, which created a software-defined orchestration layer across satellite, fibre, IP and cloud infrastructure, MooM is a cloud-native SaaS platform aiming to unify remote production, playout, media asset management, content preparation, headend and OTT delivery workflows within a single environment, reducing complexity and enhancing management, visibility across complex operations.

Designed for hybrid environments, MooM operates across AWS, OCI and more, enabling the dynamic optimisation of resources through integrated FinOps and AI-powered Ops capabilities. The platform aims to simplify workflows and accelerate the launch of live events and channels.

Jean-Christophe Perier, chief marketing officer at Globecast, said, “Media organisations do not need more technology silos; they need a simpler way to make their existing investments and new cloud services work as one. Content Exchange has demonstrated the value of intelligent orchestration across media transport. With MooM, we are extending that approach across the broader operational environment, giving customers the visibility, flexibility and managed expertise they need to innovate while we handle the complexity, resilience and scale.”
