Following a competitive tender process, the Istanbul 2027 Organising Committee has selected Imagina as host broadcaster for the fourth edition of the European Games, a key multi-sport event and stepping stone on the way to the Olympic Games Los Angeles 2028.
Imagina, will continue to operate under the Grup Mediapro name until the end of 2026, when the rebrand will take effect. As host broadcaster, Imagina will produce and distribute the official global feed. Incorporating multiple live feeds and wide-ranging editorial content, the operation will cover every discipline and ceremony across the tournament, aiming to bring the competition to millions of worldwide viewers.
The appointment builds on Imagina’s track record of covering major global sporting events, ensuring production and distribution to audiences across and beyond Europe.
