TV and film digital workflow solutions company Mission Digital has announced a number of new appointments.
James Ian Gray will lead the company’s workflow team, overseeing all DIT, labs and dailies services.
Gray has been with the company for over 11 years, previously serving as digital workflow lead and head of talent and training.

“As the complexity of digital film production grows, robust, secure workflows are vital,” he said. “The latest technology makes workflows much more efficient. We now manage many labs remotely.
“Our new high-speed on-set internet service allows us to stream multiple terabytes of dailies footage directly to our team at Shepperton Studios and on to post from the remotest of locations,” added Gray. “It makes production budgets go further and ensures our clients can focus on their creative vision. It’s an exciting time to step up and lead the team!”
Jake Bentley has been named Mission’s head of technology and will oversee the company’s technology and service development. The company has also appointed Harry Ornstien as junior producer.
