Nevion has opened a technology testing and demonstration centre, as well as a training facility for its partners and customers, in its California headquarters.
The new customer-focused sales and support centre aims to encourage interaction both pre and post sales. Visitors to the new centre can experience everything from Nevion’s vision of an all-IP video networking future to its video transport and processing solutions across Ventura, Flashlink, VikinX and nSure and cProcessor product lines.
“We’ve made significant investments at our California-based US headquarters,” said Nevion CEO Geir Bryn-Jensen. “The implementation of a network-centric lab for testing, troubleshooting and pre-sales technology optimisation, as well as facilities for comprehensive end user and partner training across all products reflects our expansion in the Americas.”
Bryn-Jensen added, “Our enhanced facilities are not only vital to our customer service and training, but we also see it as a way for our customers and partners to actively engage in the product development process.”
Nevion delivers content for major sporting events and live TV events worldwide, with customers including Arqiva, BBC, BT, and EBU.
