Broadcast Pix has completed its purchase of cloud-based video production company ioGates.
ioGates has provided web-based video management tools since 2003, developing a suite of tools designed to simplify media workflows.
Prior to the acquisition, the two companies partnered to develop the new BPNet cloud-based IP media workflow and storage system, currently being demonstrated at IBC2016.
Accessed through a browser-based interface, the BPNet production ecosystem is designed for creating, sharing, distributing, and archiving content.
