Accedo acquires streaming technology company Easel TV

The deal will see Easel TV's SaaS platform merged into Accedo One SaaS platform. Easel TV's brand name will be gradually phased out

Video solutions provider Accedo has announced the acquisition of Easel TV, the UK-based provider of advanced streaming technology and digital media solutions.

Financial details of the acquisition have not been revealed. The Easel TV team will immediately join Accedo’s existing London office, said the company.

The deal will see Easel TV’s SaaS platform merged into Accedo One SaaS platform. Easel TV’s brand name will be gradually phased out, added Accedo.

Speaking about the acquisition, Michael Lantz, CEO, Accedo, said: “I’m thrilled to be joining forces with Easel TV.
