Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has launched the Nickelodeon Play mobile VoD app in Poland and Bulgaria.
Partnering with mobile operators Play in Poland and Telenor in Bulgaria, the app offers on-demand access to full-length episodes of popular animated series, games and original short-form content.
Certain episodes will premiere on the app ahead of broadcast on the Nickelodeon linear channel. The Nickelodeon Play app is available on Android in Google Play and on iOS in the App Store.
VIMN CEEI VP, general manager Gábor Harsányi said: “Following its launch in Serbia and Montenegro last autumn, we’re delighted to rollout the Nickelodeon Play app in Poland and Bulgaria, giving mobile customers access to a full content experience, as part of our strategy to provide greater choice and flexibility on digital platforms.”
