EVIO Polska, a Polish fibre TV service provider, has chosen the ABOX42 M-Series SmartSTB platform for its new service Telewizja Swiatlowodowa, which will be used by over 100 local fibre-optic networks throughout Poland, delivered by EVIO and local ISP operators.
EVIO is one of the first service providers to deliver an IPTV service with multimedia features, as a managed service to fibre operators in Poland.

The Telewizja Swiatlowodowa TV service was introduced at an annual congress of fibre pay-TV operators and experts held in Kraków at the end of October and rollout has already started.
