BBC iPlayer will make ‘more than 100 box sets available at the click of a button’ from 12th December.
The available shows include the biggest dramas of the year, such as Bodyguard, Killing Eve and every series of Doctor Who since 2005, as well as such comedy series including Outnumbered, People Just Do Nothing and Gavin and Stacey.
Kids box sets include The Gruffalo and Gangsta Granny, while the available documentaries feature both series of Blue Planet and Planet Earth. There are also a number of Christmas specials from Call The Midwife, Still Open All Hours and Strictly Come Dancing.
A range of Andrew Davies programmes will also be available ahead of his new Les Misérables adaptation, including Pride and Prejudice, House of Cards and Little Dorrit.
