Bitmovin leverages AI to process over one million stream tests per week

The testing framework uses AI analysis to determine the root cause of issues, with the results used by Bitmovin to power its weekly SDK releases

Bitmovin has updated its internal playback stream testing system for the Bitmovin Player to leverage AI analysis, enabling it to process over one million stream tests every week.

According to the company. using its AI-powered testing infrastructure, it is running and processing over one million tests per week across more than 180 different device types.

The testing framework uses AI analysis to determine the root cause of issues, with the results used by Bitmovin to power its weekly SDK releases, ensuring Bitmovin Player delivers a consistent quality of experience across devices.

Additionally, new features have also been added to Bitmovin’s automated video stream testing solution, Stream Lab, including an improved UX that makes it faster for video service providers to set up and run tests, said the company.
