Sheffield-based outside broadcasting company Televideo has called in administrators, TVBEurope has confirmed.
It becomes the second OB company to enter administration this summer, following Procam Take 2’s demise in July.
Televideo celebrated 47 years in the outside broadcast and production industry in 2023, with clients including the BBC, Sky Sports, Netflix, Channel 4, Channel 5, BT Sport, and Eurosport.
Recent projects completed by the company include delivering two weeks of unilateral presentation facilities in Glasgow for BBC Sports coverage of the UCI Cycling World Championships. It also provided 13 Cam OB facilities for the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo.
