Leader Electronics has announced Comprimato has selected PHABRIX QxL.
Aiming to ensure its ST 2110 compliant encoder outputs adhere to industry standards, software encoding and transcoding solutions provider Comprimato has integrated a PHABRIX QxL rasterizer into its operations.

Featuring native10G/25G IP support, the single QxL unit enables the generation and analysis of standards including JT-NM TR 1001-1:2018 and ST 2110-20 for video. Up to four 2110-30 (PCM) and 2110-31 (AES3 transport) audio streams are supported, along with a 2110-40 ANC media flow. The unit includes 2022-7 Seamless IP Protection Switching (SIPS) and incorporates AMWA NMOS IS-04 for discovery and IS-05 for device connection management, said Leader Electronics of Europe.
Forming part of Comprimato’s automated QA workflows, the QxL facilitates IP analysis and monitoring for the company, enabling it to ensure the reliability of encoder outputs and meet industry standards.
Jiri Matela, CEO of Comprimato, said, “The PHABRIX QxL has proven invaluable in streamlining our QA process. Its comprehensive analysis and monitoring tools have been pivotal in ensuring the compatibility and robustness of our 2110 encoder.”
Martin Mulligan, COO of Leader Electronics of Europe, added, “We’re delighted to see Comprimato leveraging the capabilities of the PHABRIX QxL to drive their innovation forward. Supporting cutting-edge development is central to our mission, and this exemplifies the value the QxL can bring to next-generation workflows.”
