TV streaming service TVPlayer has added 11 channels new channels to its offering, including ITV2, Film4 and E4.
The additions take TVPlayer’s total free-to-access portfolio to over 85 channels – all available to stream live or catch up via mobile, tablet or computer.
“We’re massively simplifying the TV streaming experience, bringing all the channels onto one great service so you no longer have to move between different websites and apps,” said Rob Hodgkinson, COO, TVPlayer.
“This new deal is an exciting step forward for consumers and we’re expecting a surge in viewers as a result.”
The additional channels now available on TVPlayer are ITV2, ITV3, ITVBe, CITV, More4, 4Seven, 5Star and Spike, with Film4 and E4 to come at a later date.
“We’ve seen a phenomenal growth in users over the last twelve months and it shows that people want convenience,” added Rob Hodgkinson of TVPlayer.
“People are living busier lives and they want to be able to watch their favourite shows wherever they want, rather than restricted to their living room.
