Systems integrator Broadcast Solutions has announced the appointment of Zlatan Gavran as its new chief operating officer. Gavran has most recently served as managing director of NEP Germany, a position he held for eight years.
He will take direct responsibility for all broadcast operations, from workflow design and project management to purchasing and quality control.
Speaking about his new role, Gavran said, “Throughout my career—and especially at NEP—I have been a customer of Broadcast Solutions. I know just how reliable, innovative and passionate the company is. When the invitation came to join its leadership team I naturally jumped at the chance.”
Stefan Breder continues as CEO at the company, with Maximilian Breder stepping up to the co-CEO position. “I am very much looking forward to working closely together with Maximilian as co-CEOs and I am confident that, together, we will successfully drive the continued development of the Broadcast Solutions Group. This step marks an important part of shaping our future,” said Breder.
Commenting on Gavran’s appointment, Breder added, “With Zlatan, we have also gained a very experienced industry expert as COO – together we will lead our company successfully into the coming years.”
Rainer Kampe and Wladislaw Grabowski remain on the leadership team as CTO and COO, respectively.
Concluding, Breder said, “I am truly grateful for the trust placed in me and very much look forward to the opportunity of leading the company into the future. I am delighted to welcome Zlatan to the team and greatly look forward to working with him.”
