Vizrt has announced the appointment of Vanessa Walmsley as its chief commercial officer (CCO).
The company said the aim is to bring its commercial teams together as a single unified organisation, enhancing its customer-centric approach.

Walmsley has spent six years at Vizrt, during which time she has driven customer initiatives, improved engagement and helped ensure strong alignment between the company’s commercial teams. Most recently, she has served as global head of customer success.
Prior to joining the company, she amassed two decades experience leading commercial organisations in the media and technology sector, which, combined with her deep understanding of Vizrt’s media ecosystem, make her the ideal candidate, said the company.
Commenting on the appointment, Vizrt’s CEO, Michael Hallén, said, “This is a natural next step in our customer-centric strategy, aimed at guaranteeing our commercial efforts are fully aligned with the needs of our customers, partners, and end users, ensuring they are at the centre of our operating model.”
