Riedel Communications has announced the appointment of Frank Eischet as chief operating officer (COO), expanding its leadership team as part of a strategy to bolster operational management and group leadership.
The company has also appointed Marc Engroff as chief financial officer (CFO),
The move aims to enhance coordination and governance at group level at a time of dynamic developments across Riedel, including the recent acquisition of ARRI, said the company.
Joining Riedel Communications as CFO and MD in 2011, Eischet has been a key player in shaping the financial and operational foundations of the company during a period of substantial growth. During his time in office, revenues have risen from below €50 million to more than €250 million, while expanding internationally, added Riedel.

Eischet’s focus will be on overarching priorities across the group, including strategic alignment, operational scalability and the ongoing development of global structures. He will continue as MD of Riedel Communications alongside Thomas Riedel, representing both the company and wider group.
“Frank has been instrumental in building the structures that have enabled Riedel’s growth over the years,” said Thomas Riedel.
Eischet added: “Riedel’s success has always been a team effort. I am proud of what we have achieved together over the past years and grateful to have been part of this journey. With Marc taking on the CFO role, we are strengthening our operational foundation even further. I look forward to focusing more on the broader development of the Riedel Group and driving the next phase of our growth.”
