Operative appoints Michael Napodano as new CEO

Since joining the company in 2019, Napodano has played a key role in strengthening global partnerships and scaling cloud-based solutions

Operative Media has announced the appointment of Michael Napodano as chief executive officer.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience to the role, Napodano will aim to accelerate innovation, strengthen customer partnerships and boost expansion of the company’s suite of AI-driven products across the M&E space.

Prior to joining Operative in 2019, Napodano served as chief technology officer at Disney ABC Television Group, where he led enterprise initiatives across advertising technology and distribution. He previously held the SVP and CIO for sales, research and analytics role at NBCUniversal. Since joining Operative, he has played a key role in scaling cloud solutions and strengthening global partnerships.
