Kerry Shreeve joins Molinare as new COO

The recipient of the RISE Award in Technical Operations and Future 100 CIO Awards in both 2022 and 2023, Shreeve brings more than twenty years of experience to the role

Molinare Creative Group has announced the appointment of Kerry Shreeve as chief operating officer.

Bringing more than two decades of experience to the role, Shreeve joins the company following a career which has included senior leadership roles at the BBC and Warner Bros. Discovery, where she served as VP of global technology and operations.

In her new role, she will drive business change and operational strategy across the group, which includes Notorious DIT, Molinare, Sound Warriors and Pip Studios as well as the soon-to-launch Elephant Goldfish. Experienced in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, Shreeve aims to focus on building a unified, future-facing ecosystem to enhance creative growth and efficiency.
