Avid has announced three new appointments to its executive leadership team.

Joining the company as chief technology officer, Tom Sharma brings more than ten years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. At NBCUniversal, he played a key role in the launch of Hulu and other innovations. As chief product officer at Integral Ad Science he formed part of the leadership team behind revenue growth of 148 per cent. Most recently, he has served as an advisor to private equity funds, providing guidance on product, technology and growth initiatives.
In his new role, Sharma will focus on driving innovation and technology, adding customer value and ensuring Avid remains at the forefront of advances in the industry.
Dominic Constandi has been announced as chief customer officer. In a twenty year career, he has led large-scale customer teams at companies including Sovos and Zoominfo, where he helped scale annual recurring revenue to over $1.2 billion.
Constandi aims to strengthen Avid’s customer-first culture, driving efficiency, retention and revenue growth while ensuring the company provides value to its worldwide clients.

The company also announced the appointment of Kenna Hilburn as senior vice president of product. Formerly a television producer, Hilburn has more than 17 years experience leading product and business operational teams in the digital media, marketing and software industries.

Most recently, she spearheaded cross-functional product operations at Marigold, addressing business goals and customer pain points. She will lead the product management teams at Avid, driving a unified and strategic approach to reinforce the company’s reputation and achieve its goals.
