Italy’s largest commercial broadcaster, Mediaset, is using Accenture Video Solution 4.0 to distribute its Infinity service, including streaming videos on demand, to Chromecast users. This extends customer options for watching content on numerous devices and provides Mediaset with opportunities to extend Infinity’s market reach.
New enhancements to the Accenture Video Solution software, including integration with Chromecast, allow users to view digital content on any compatible device, at any time. Additionally, video services operators can now insert contextual advertisements directly into videos.
The Solution enables the streaming of video services through Chromecast for delivery of content to devices and permits transfer of content to multiple devices.

The new Accenture Video Solution 4.0 also offers ad serving features that enable video services operators to include native ads that offer additional related services or promote third party products and services.
