joiz Global, a community marketing and social TV platform creator, has agreed a licensing partnership with Netherlands-based broadcaster and producer TV Entertainment Reality Network (TERN). The agreement provides TERN with interactive and data collection capabilities designed to enhance its UHD channel Insight, which was announced at this week’s MIPCOM.
The cloud-based joiz Global platform has been developed to serve audiences across multiple types of devices. The online platform will allow Insight viewers to register for free, create a profile and actively engage with the new channel, sharing comments and content, voting in polls, participating in competitions and accessing a loyalty club as well as connecting and communicating with each other. An Insight app is available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded from the Apple App and iTunes stores and Google Play.
Insight was launched at MIPCOM, and is a UHD factual entertainment channel which promises an interactive, immersive and dynamic viewer experience. The new linear and non-linear channel features original UHD content, co-created with production houses.
