TVBEurope 2020 has welcomed yet another partner: Phabrix has announced its Gold Sponsorship of the event, which takes place at BAFTA, London on 30 June.
TVBEurope 2020 is a brand new one-day conference from TVBEurope that straddles the connected worlds of UHD, IT and IP infrastructures to identify a tangible strategic roadmap for the business landscape in the run up to 2020, and beyond.
With the release of its newest technology at NAB earlier this year, Phabrix enters the debate with its new PHABRIX Qx – a 12Gbps test and measurement solution for UHDTV1 and UHDTV2, which will be on show during the TVBEurope 2020 event.
With the challenge for many broadcasters understanding how 4K and 8K will affect their business, Phabrix will demonstrate the necessary standards that need to be tested and analysed and importantly in context with its multi-frame rate eye technology for physical layer analysis up to 12Gbps.
Focussing its new platform initially on broadcast manufacturers needing to test the new formats, the PHABRIX Qx technology on show will be of interest to broadcasters implementing 4K and 8K needing a full ‘gearbox’ solution to cover all UHDTV standards within what is becoming an increasingly complex infrastructure.

Opening with a Breakfast Briefing, the one-day conference will feature presentations, panel discussions and masterclasses, as well as networking opportunities and a closing drinks reception.
TVBEurope 2020 will be the centrepiece of TVBEurope’s first ever Strategy Week, held in partnership with the IABM from 29 June to 3 July.
