Fabio Murra of Ericsson will join BT Media and Broadcast’s Alison Hutchins to deliver a case study at the upcoming Beyond HD Masters conference in London. Murra, head of TV compression product marketing and Hutchins, senior propositions manager, will add to the agenda of presentations and panel discussions. Ericsson has also announced it has signed up as Gold Sponsor of the event, taking place at BAFTA on 3 June.
At Ericsson, Murra (pictured) drives and launches new solutions for the digital TV market. With 15 years of broadcast and telecoms experience, he has been heavily involved in both the design and deployment of cutting-edge solutions across the entire media and television delivery chain.
Hutchins is a product professional with over 20 years’ experience within the telecoms industry. She joined BT Media and Broadcast, at the beginning of 2013, and led the delivery of an Ultra HD TV trial and demonstration at IBC in Amsterdam. She developed all aspects of the succesful trial, from content rights and creation through production workflow and the technical considerations for transmission.
