ES Broadcast Ltd enters voluntary liquidation

In a statement shared with TVBEurope, the company's board said ES Media Group and its other companies and subsidiaries have received several formal investment offers that could support the remaining business

ES Broadcast has announced it is to commence voluntary liquidation proceedings.

In a statement shared with TVBEurope, ES Media Group’s board of directors said: “Despite continued support from staff, suppliers, and customers during a very challenging period, this is an outcome we deeply regret.”

However, the board said ES Media Group and its other companies and subsidiaries have received several formal investment offers that could support the remaining business, protect jobs and “create a platform for growth”.

“This process will now follow the customary legal steps, with significant funding offered to capitalise the group and provide growth capital,” added the statement.

“This has been an incredibly difficult time for everyone involved. We would like to thank all those who have provided advice and support across the industry. Management has worked tirelessly to find a solution, and this deal will enable strong, profitable businesses to emerge.”

ES Broadcast specialised in providing professional services to the broadcast industry, including equipment sales, systems integration, facility decommissioning and outside broadcast vehicle sales.
