Vodafone executive Andrea Duilio has been confirmed to succeed Maximo Ibarra as the CEO of Sky Italia.
Duilio will take up his new role on 6th September. He will report to Stephen van Rooyen, CEO of Sky’s UK and European operations.
“I am pleased to welcome Andrea Duilio as the new CEO of Sky Italia and to be able to work with him in the implementation of our ambitious development plans,” said van Rooyen.
“The experience gained by Duilio will give an important boost to the process of innovation and growth of Sky Italia, completing the transition towards a leaner and more integrated operating model with the group.”
Duilio worked for Vodafone Italy for over 20 years, most recently as director of the company’s Consumer Business Unit.
