Clair Global Group acquires Plus 4 Audio

The collaboration aims to strengthen Clair Global's provision of broadcast and audio solutions, said the company

Clair Global Group has announced the acquisition of Plus 4 Audio.

The broadcast audio technology solutions provider has been acquired by Britannia Row Productions, a Clair Global brand. Founded in 2001, Plus 4 Audio has provided equipment, expertise and services to users including the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky, Channel 5 and both Pinewood Studios and Elstree Studios, enhancing production for both live events and recorded content.

Commenting on the acquisition, Britannia Row Productions MD, Nicola Amoruso, said, “We are thrilled to announce the addition of Plus 4 Audio into the Clair Global Group. In doing so, we strengthen our position as a comprehensive provider of high-end broadcast and audio solutions across the entertainment industries.”

Our work takes us to locations worldwide and having the international support structure that Clair Global offers is great for our clients, and for our team.”

The company will continue to operate from its Chessington facility in London.
