NBA uses AI to personalise viewing experience

The idea is that fans can use the technology to create highlights from a game that look like their favourite film in real time

The NBA has unveiled a new AI assistant that fans can use to create their own viewing experience when watching games, including imitating Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse.

Fans will be able to use the technology, named NB-AI, to create highlights in real time that look like their favourite film.

There’s no word yet on when fans will be able to access the service.
