STV and Eleven Sports have announced a new partnership that will see football matches from La Liga and Serie A will be shown free-to-air in Scotland.
The European games will be available live and on STV Player, 14 matches will be available this weekend with two more fixtures made available on STV Player every match week.
Eleven Sports UK commercial director Richard Young said: “Our free-to-air partnership with STV fits perfectly into Eleven’s ‘For the Fans’ strategy which aims to make leading football action more accessible for fans at an affordable price.”
STV Digital MD Richard Williams added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Eleven Sports to bring our viewers free-to-air football featuring the likes of Messi and Ronaldo for the very first time on the STV Player.”
