BritBox is planning to deliver near-simulcast programming as part of its Christmas period offering.
The platform will stream The Queen’s Christmas Message, along with Carols From Kings, shortly after their UK broadcast.
Britbox’s ‘BritMas Christmas’ slate will offer over 100 festive-themed specials, including episodes of The Office, Only Fools & Horses and Upstairs Downstairs.
Further content includes series such as Mum, Inside No 9 and QI, as well as the BritBox premiere of Dickensian (pictured), which aired on BBC1 last year.
