Netflix is reportedly in talks to use a new production space in Enfield, London as demand for content continues to increase.
According to the Sunday Telegraph, the streaming company has been looking into taking over the whole of SEGRO Park Enfield for film studio space.
The site includes three warehouses, the largest of which is 117,000 square feet, with all three spaces available immediately.
The talks are understood to be exploratory and no agreement has been struck yet.
SEGRO Park is around three miles away from Meridian Water Studios, which is currently being developed by Troubador Theatres, and is expected to include three sound stages.
Should SEGRO Park go ahead, it would be the latest in a number of new production spaces being developed in London.
