Blackmagic Design’s raft of software applications now support the latest version of the Windows operating system, offering dramatically improved speed and responsiveness.
Windows 7 will now be supported across the entire range of Blackmagic Design’s professional video products, in what Grant Petty, CEO, called “a really important upgrade. All our Windows customers will find Windows 7 much more rewarding to use, with dramatically improved speed and responsiveness,” he explained.
He anticipates that Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Eyeon Fusion 6 and Photoshop users will immediately notice “a more fluid and intuitive response,” due to enhanced stability and advanced memory management. Blackmagic Videohub software, meanwhile, will now support Windows 7 touchscreen features such as multitouch.
