According to Bitmovin, the combination of the Bitmovin Player and Nomad Media’s CMS provides the Recording Academy with a reliable and scalable solution to deliver live streams seamlessly.

“We first worked with Bitmovin and Nomad Media for the 2023 GRAMMY Awards, and their solution provided an excellent viewing experience for our audience, so it was an easy decision to work with them again,” said Ray Starck, vice president of digital strategy at the Recording Academy.

“The GRAMMY Awards is the biggest event in the music industry’s calendar, celebrating artists and music professionals across all genres and disciplines, and we are ecstatic to be working with Nomad Media and the Recording Academy once again to live-stream it to music lovers” added Stefan Lederer, CEO and co-founder of Bitmovin. “The Bitmovin Player will ensure the Recording Academy can maximise its audience reach by delivering streams to the broadest range of devices, providing flawless playback to millions of viewers.”
