Ateme has revealed its software-based frame-rate conversion technology has been selected by RTL Deutschland.
The broadcaster will leverage the company’s motion-compensated frame-rate conversion solutions in support of a major forthcoming international live event.
Enabling simplified integration into modern IP infrastructures, Ateme’s native ST 2110 support aims to ensure the delivery of high-quality live production workflows across both on-premise and cloud-based environments, said the company.
Gerd Meyer, senior principal broadcast Manager at RTL Deutschland, said, “We were looking for a frame-rate conversion solution that combines high video quality with straightforward integration into our ST 2110 environment.
