Blackmagic has brought its latest cameras to IBC, including the URSA Mini 4K and 4.6K. The cameras sport a new OS featuring a new user interface along with dozens
of additional features.
Also on show is the Blackmagic URSA Studio Viewfinder, a high-resolution 7-inch studio viewfinder with variable tension mounting points, tally and external controls. It has been developed to effectively turn a Blackmagic URSA Mini into a professional studio camera.“The URSA Studio
Viewfinder is designed to make it comfortable for camera operators to work on long events,” said Blackmagic CEO Grant Petty. “Now broadcasters can get the same kind of amazing digital film quality that they can now use on live events.”
The latest camera lineup also includes Blackmagic’s Micro Cinema Cameras and Micro Studio Cameras.
