Post-production house The Farm Group has reportedly been put up for sale.
According to Sky News, the company’s owner WPP is looking to sell its controlling stake after two decades as The Farm’s principal backer.
Sky suggests The Farm would cost prospective buyers around £50 million, and the company has already drawn “substantial” interest from other companies within the sector.
WPP, which has hired Cavendish Corporate Finance to handle the sale process, declined to comment.
