Sky joins sustainability in the video entertainment industry webinar

Sky's Inga Ruehl will be able to offer expert insight into how broadcasters are dealing with sustainability issues

TVBEurope is delighted to announce Inga Ruehl, exec director for Production Services & Operations at Sky Sports, is joining the panel for our forthcoming sustainability webinar.

She joins fellow speakers Edouard François, principal scientist at InterDigital, Futuresource Consulting’s principal technology analyst Simon Forrest, and Mickaël Raulet, CTO at ATEME, who will all be joining the webinar on 11th March.

Ruehl’s department is responsible for Sky Sports’ outside broadcast operations and production management as well as all of Sky’s live studio operations and post production across Sports, News & Entertainment.

Sky Sports has been pro-actively addressing its carbon footprint across all production operations since 2017, including over 800 host broadcasts a year, a production services hub with 10 studios and galleries, as well as over 70 post production suites.

Ruehl will be able to offer expert insight into how broadcasters are dealing with sustainability issues.

The webinar will feature expert perspectives from across the video value chain to address the energy-guzzling technologies, and mitigating solutions, emerging across the video landscape, and the vital importance of consumer awareness and choice in achieving a more sustainable future.

Don’t miss out on this free webinar with leading experts sharing their knowledge of how the future of the video ecosystem requires collaboration across the video value chain to offer sustainable choices to energy-conscious consumers.
