Nick Thexton, who joined ProSieben.Sat1 as CTO in June last year, is to depart the company.
He joined the broadcaster last year in the newly created chief technology officer position following stints as chief digital and product officer at Inmarsat, and CTO at YouView.
Thexton will not be replaced as CTO, instead ProSieben.Sat1’s CFO Rainer Beaujean, who has only been with the Group since mid-2019, will take on the areas of tech and IT.
Thexton is expected to return to the UK.
