German TV platform Zattoo has announced the appointment of Tina Rodriguez as interim CEO.
Having joined the company as chief consumer officer in January, Rodriguez moves into the interim CEO position following Roger Elesner’s decision to leave the company in April.
Rodriguez has held senior leadership roles at Liberty Global, Sunrise, UPC Switzerland, Unitymedia and more, with a focus on growth programmes, customer experience and entertainment products. Her position as chief consumer officer includes responsibility for Zattoo’s direct-to-consumer business and corporate communications.
Elsener departs the company on April 30th to become director of Swiss Radio and Television (SRF). Under his tenure, Zattoo has strengthened its market position through collaborations with organisations including HBO Max and Paramount+.

The strategy in place will continue under Rodriguez’s leadership, said the company.
