Media services provider Planetcast International has announced the appointment of its COO Sunjay Duda to chief executive officer.
He will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the company, building out its cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and its ongoing international expansion, said Planetcast.
Duda has worked for the company for over 21 years, most recently as chief operating officer for nearly five years, helping it to generate new lines of business around cloud playout, post production, over-the-top streaming, and free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST).
He takes over the company’s leadership from founders Mahendra Nath Vyas and Lalit Jain, who will remain on the board.
