Ryan Kido appointed Ateliere chief technology officer

He will be responsible for the launch of Ateliere's new platform that manages the entire content workflow from concept to consumer

Ateliere Creative Technologies has announced the appointment of former AWS executive Ryan Kido as the company’s new chief technology officer.

He takes over the role from Arjun Ramamurthy who is moving to a new role of  M&A technical advisor to the CEO.

Kido will be responsible for the launch of Ateliere’s new platform that manages the entire content workflow from concept to consumer.

Ateliere Connect drives efficiency via the cloud through an end-to-end workflow platform, automating the mundane tasks of content creation and QC, deduplicating content, and expanding content distribution to more endpoints without compromising artistic intent, said the company.

Prior to joining Ateliere and most recently, Kido was senior manager, solution architecture – media and entertainment at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to that, he held technology leadership positions at Microsoft, Walt Disney Studios, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

When we announced the formation of our enhanced advisory board, we simultaneously announced our vision and company direction,” said Dan Gorman, Ateliere CEO.

“Ryan joins the team to help us execute on that vision with his formidable technical acumen, extensive industry experience, and proven track record of success.”
