New London office for Advanced Systems Group

Opening in May and located in Aviation House, in London's Holborn district, the new ASG UK headquarters will have the flexibility to adapt to future expansion

Advanced Systems Group (ASG) has announced plans to open a London office to boost its presence in the European marketplace.

The company, a systems integrator providing technology and services to media creatives and content owners, aims to widen its services for international customers with new managing director, Tim Cuthbertson, stating the “right time, right place” decision has been driven by a shift in business and economic factors.

“Organisations in our markets have had to reinvent their operations, first adapting to workforce changes caused by the pandemic, and later dealing with issues like the actors and writers strikes, so there’s a lot of pent-up refitting and development that’s ramping up,” said Cuthbertson.

Opening in May and located in Aviation House, in London’s Holborn, the new ASG UK headquarters will have the flexibility to adapt to future expansion, the company said.

The UK team will focus on current European clients including SNAP, Google and Yahoo, as well as providing access to data storage, workflow tools and managed services to ASG’s US clients with UK facilities.

Dave Van Hoy, ASG president, said: “We have been operating internationally with a managed services and SI presence in London for more than a decade, and several of our global M&E and enterprise customers have long requested us to establish a greater presence outside of North America. It’s clear that this is the right time to formally expand our international business and open an office in London.”
