Mediaproxy has unveiled full support for 3D broadcasts in its flagship Enigma LogServer system.
Erik Otto, Director of Mediaproxy, stated:, “We are proud to announce support for 3D broadcasts in our globally trusted LogServer solution. With the emergence of 3D transmissions and strong industry support for this new technology, Mediaproxy will offer customers a seamless path to record 3D content.
“Customers can now conveniently feed LogServers with either ASI or IP directly from their headend equipment. LogServer will dynamically detect active streams and record them in both proxy and native MPEG formats. It provides customers with the confidence that actual transmission will be recorded, rather than traditional baseband representations.”
